Easter itself

I know the hat picture is bad of her, but it's the only one I got with the hat on! It's a given a little girl has to wear a hat on Easter! We had a busy holiday weekend and it was awesome. The weather was perfect and my dad came in town to visit. We had Easter baskets galore, family over for lunch, another egg hunt, feeding the fish, and playing with cousins.

This holiday made me feel like my life was really perfect. It was so much fun watching her do so many new things, and enjoying them so much. What a great day!!!

Easter Activities

Easter egg hunts, egg dying, and letting the baby eat one piece of candy! Also a really cute new raincoat that came in handy.

I'm 27!

Happy Birthday to me! Matt and Olivia got me a beautiful right hand ring with diamonds and pink sapphires. LOVE IT! They also got a cake, flowers, and Olivia made me cinnammon rolls for breakfast.

A week after my birthday we got together with friends and went to Arrington Vineyards, with everyone in TN apparently. It was a gorgeous day! We just snacked and drank too much wine, and had a great time! And Katie ate cake :) It was for Aiden I am sure

Brande and Marshall's wedding

So since these are friends, vs a "job" I am posting here! We are so happy for Marshall and Brande for tying the knot! They are such great friends, and the only qualm I have with them is that they live in Maryville, which is too far away to go for a drink!

I helped Brande do her flowers, and they really did turn out great! I am no florist, so this was a little nerve-wracking!

It was also the first weekend I have left Olivia for more than a night. It was a nice break! We got to see Matt's grandparents, and Nanny, and though they wanted to see Olivia, they settled for us!

She may be mine after all!

So the first pic is me, around Olivia's age. I think she may actually be my child too! Same hair, and same annoyed look!

I'm 19 months old!

We're going to start updating the blog with the monthly pictures, rather than sending the email. I will tell a little story each month. This month is entitled "Bed Time"
